SWOT !!!!! It is very useful!!!!!

Last lesson~~~We have learnt What is SWOT ANALYSIS.
Actually,
S stand for Strength,
W stand for Weakness,
O stand for Opportunities and 
T stand for Threats.

I think it is quite useful for us to know more about the client company 
or other competitor. 

















For example, I analysis  Starbucks ~
Strengths - Starbucks Corporation is a very profitable organisation, earning in excess of $600 million in 2004.
Weaknesses - Starbusks has a reputation for new product development and creativity.
Opportunities - New Products and services that can be retailed in their casfes, such as Fair Trade products.
Threats - Starbucks are exposed to rises in the cost of coffee and dairy products.

From this analysis, we can see more clearly the Starbucks ' situation in the businese world and then we can more easily to know and think how to do advertisement for them.
